Andante Blend

When our roaster combined these 3 origins together ended up being something that was sweet, smooth, fruitlike, and perfect for espresso.

As an experiment, we tested this and it immediately became our cold brew. The majority of this blend is represented by our producer, Matti Foncha (pictured), out of Cameroon who has worked closely with us for 10 years.

Origins: Cameroon, Eastern Africa, and South America

Brewing Preference: Espresso, Cold Brew, or Hario V60

Process: Fully Washed

Tasting Notes: Malt and Peanut, Mild Acidity with notes of melon

Andante is a musical term for the tempo, being relatively slow or at a walking pace. This extremely smooth coffee isn’t too ostentatious but highly complex.
