We married a full-bodied South American lot with a Guatemalan Swiss Water–style decaf so you get the whole experience of a great cup with half the caffeine. Perfect for the second pour, the after-dinner cup, or the days you want the ritual without the racing heart.

The South American half brings deep, dark-chocolate richness and body. The Guatemalan decaf answers with low acidity and a smooth, balanced sweetness. Together they pull an even, comforting cup that drinks like a full-strength coffee — just at a gentler pace.
