Intermezzo Blend

When our roaster combined these origins together, it ended up being something that was reminiscent of a dark European Espresso.

Throughout our travels of Europe, we’ve seen espressos that were dark, and yet somehow smooth, so we took many to our lab to replicate a low complexity, low acidity, low drama blend, just for you.

Origins: Colombia, Brazil

Brewing Preference: Espresso, Cold Brew, or Batch

Process: Fully Washed

Tasting Notes: Roasted Cacao nibs, Peanut, low acidity
